Bunny cage

Mads and I juuuust ordered Charlie's cage (plus claw clipper, brush and hay + thingy to have the hay in that you put on the wall)! We got it really cheap on! Free delivery for orders over 299 DKK!

The cage is even big enough for two bunnies. We will get all the stuff within 2-5 working days, which means I will be in Sweden by that time. Oh well, only five weeks now until Charlie (and possibly, if Charlie is a female, her sister) will be miiiiiiiine! Mwahahah! Can't wait!

Shopping for Charlie

Today my lovely boyfriend biked 5,3km x 2 to get a transport cage for the bunny! It was cheap (needs a bit of cleaning, I guess), but the best part is - it's pink!!

Pretty, right??

We will pick Charlie (which is the bunny's name, for some reason named after Charlie the unicorn, lol!) up on May 5th, at a reptile show nearby - since the seller was going to feed the innocent bunny to a snake! She/he will then be 8-9 weeks old. :) If Charlie is a girl, we will also receive one of her sisters very cheap! I wish I could save them all, but we don't have the space for them... :(

We have also gotten a "toilet", water bottle, a bowl for food, and a small harness for her/him! I'm going to get some food pellets in Sweden, and also dry fruits and vegetables there and bring back to Denmark.

I have read a million websites about how to handle and train a rabbit, so I can't wait to hold little Charlie (and possibly one of her sisters)! I'm such a child when it comes to animals, getting overly excited and happy! xD I even created a label called "bunnies", lol! Now we just need the actual cage...

Sorry if the blog gets all bunny-fied! (yes, I know, I'm weird)

I GET TO KEEP THE ADORABLE BUNNY! :D Yaay ~ Apparantly it's very rare, and we got it super cheap (normally it would cost anything from 500-1200 DKK - we got it for 100)! Mads let me keep it on one condition; it has to live on the balcony in an outdoor cage, which is fine with me! We're getting it in May when it's 8 weeks old!

Also, I'm going to Sweden on Tuesday, and I've got an appointment at the hairdresser on Wednesday - exciting!  And I can't wait to hang out at the mall with some girlfriends, haha

Bunny rescue!

Mads was on a Danish reptile forum, and found this adorable little bunny that was going to be
fed to a snake!!!

Not being able to resist its blue eyes and white fluffy fur, we decided to buy it! So in May it will be ours! Of course we want to keep it, but we might give it to Mads' sister, since we don't know if we have room for the little furball. Anyhow, I can't wait to hold it! Btw, it's a Polish rabbit/Lionhead rabbit mix

Sabo Skirt

I found out about this webshop today, and it's f-ing awesome! Unique looking dresses, pretty accessories and  shorts to die for! Wish I had more money so I could go crazy shopping most of their clothes! ~

You can find these pretty outfits (well most of them) and other gorgeous ones on their website:

Where can I get tops like these two? I love them! :D Ok, ok, they would easily look a bit slutty with the wrong outfit, but with the right one, they are hot hot hot! I suppose I could make my own one if I just buy some studs... Same with denim shorts! Soooo pretty!

I know it's been popular for a while, but I fell in love with it in late summer/fall, when it was too cold... so I'm loving it this year again! :) No idea where to buy the finished product though... where it isn't overpriced.

Welcome to Nærum

Such lovely spring weather today! Mads and I went for a long walk in the sun :) I wasn't wearing any makeup, so no close-ups! lol Jokes aside, Danes are crazy in early spring! Mads went out in just a T-shirt and shorts, while I was wearing jeggings, a jacket (took it off for the pic) and boots. I mean it was only around 10 degrees! I know Swedes are "known" for wearing little clothes when the sun finally arrives after a long winter, but Danes are even worse! Anyhow, here are photos of us:

We also went to Mads' parents' house for dinner. His mom made yummy pizza :3 I'm longing for my dad's home made food though! I have even made a wish list of what food I want when I visit my family in Sweden in April, haha! Saknar er alla! Miss you all!

Blog statistics + how to see IP addresses of your readers

I got a tip to check the IP address of the people writing comments on my blog, and decided to get an account on StatCounter - which is awesome! Not only can I see the IP address, where the person is from and when he/she visited my blog... but I can also see which post he/she looked at and what he/she searched for on Google, and what rank that post is on Google! Love it!

Oh, and want to see something funny? This is the top 3 most popular blog posts this month:

Seems like I should be writing more about celebrities/internet phenomenon, huh? LOL

People always tell me to write more about fashion and makeup, etc. but those kinds of posts are, by far, the most popular ones! It's good for me though, I've had a lot over 1000 views a day (which isn't very much compared to all the big bloggers out there), so I'm not complaining.

The only downside is all the hardcore fans who starts to hate on you because you don't love their biggest idol. The funny thing is that they refuse to realize the truth, so you can't really take them seriously.

You can read Kotakoti the fake here.
and read The hypocrite Adele here.

Melba spring fashion

Here are some items that would look great for a spring outfit! I love the shoes (duuh!)! I don't know if you can tell, but the collar on the white shirt is all sparkly with sequin! All the clothes are from the Swedish store Melba (, too bad I don't like that store anymore due to the service.

Hair dye plans

So it's decided; when I'm in Sweden I'm going to cut my hair!!! Well, only the ends, but I recon they will take about 10cm off, since I haven't cut my hair in years! I've been scared my hair would be very damaged and they would cut too much off (admit it, they always do), so I just didn't bother going. Now, after... 5~ years, it's finally time! I don't care if my hair will only reach my shoulders, I need that hair cut!

I also plan to dye my hair at some point (maybe after my roots start to show more). I don't want my hair to get too dark, but I want a softer shade... I'm thinking some kind of caramel vanilla blonde-brown?

I love this color! Anyone knows what kind of hair dye to use to get this color (without going to a hairdresser)?

If I won't go as brown as in the pictures above, I at least want some kind of honey/vanilla blonde. I know I would miss being blonde if I dyed my hair brown, so I want to stay as blonde as possible, and still have a completely different hair color! :)

Which color is your favorite? And which do you think would look the best on me?

Going (back to) gyaru!

Guess what?! I was reading a few blog about gyaru and stuff, and I totally started missing the style! So I decided to go more gyaru again! Not fully out gyaru (I don't have the money for that, plus Mads hates it, lol), but more gyaru inspired makeup and sometimes gyaru inspired hair! Because it is still the fashion style I do like the most, after all. :)
Biiiig curls and circle lenses :D

Help me come up with a name!

We got new leopard geckos yesterday, and I just can't seem to come up with a good name for this lady! Her morph is called "Raining red stripe", she's an albino, and will soon be a mother. I want her name to go well with the other girls; Wendy (Disney name), Chocolate, Sundae, Banana (yummy names) and Midnight.

Suggestions, anyone? :D

Adventure forest!

Today, Mads and I went to a forest nearby to go for a walk, but not just any forest; Eventyrskoven (translates as "adventure forest")! It was a nice, but windy, sunny day, so I decided to bring my camera and take photos! Every part of the forest is different, for instance "the fairy place" or "the evil witch's home", etc. Children put up flowers made of paper in the trees, and stuff. It's really cute :)

Let's start with an outfit picture (I looked like a pilot today!):
Welcome to the adventure forest!
At the fairy place!
Of course, my darling-boy had to be in a picture with me
Aren't they adorable? These furballs (ok, fine, they are cows) live right next to the forest, and since I love cows, we had to say hello to them! Unfortunately, Mads learned the hard way, just a few days ago, that the electric fence surrounding them is in fact really electric.

Cyanide and happiness

I don't blog enough... :/ So here is my favorite Cyanide and Happiness comic! Always makes me laugh!

So Mads and I went looking at apartments yesterday, but didn't really fall for any of them. I didn't even like the neighborhood much, lol. We might go out for a long walk today and if we do I will take photos! But it's very windy today... But yeah, I really wanna go out and show you something really cute :)

Lady in red

Here is an ego pic (long time, huh??) from about a week ago.

I decided to style my hair, since I hadn't done it since Christmas! And in my oppinion, this kind of curls look the best on me :) Need to cut my hair but I'm too scared to do it.

Pastel jeans

More pastel colored clothing items (well besides the ones to the far left, they are obviously metallic - and would look amazing with a white top/tunic)! These jeans are all from Gina Tricot, and I'm definitely going to check them out when at the mall in Sweden in april! mwahahah!

I ❤ high heels

Pastel colors are very in this spring, and who would say no to these beauties from Topshop?

I think I'm in loooove... ~

I want all of them! But if I had to choose it would probably be the pink ones. ;) Will have to keep my eyes open for pastel colored jeans too! But with those, a pair of base colored shoes will be enough.

While I was photographing Miss leopard gecko Midnight in the terrarium, because she has these mysterious "bruises" or whatever they are, on her head... Banana was more than happy to pose for a few pictures! This is my favorite one:

Miss Banana

Oh well... I have some kind of throat infection/inflammation and a fever, so I won't go with Mads this evening to dinner with his parents. Instead, I will be home, eating a tuna sandwich. But to look at it through positive eyes (say what?), I will probably blog about something makeup-y/fashion-ish.

Until then, have a great rest of the day :)

On Sunday it's my mom's bday! And Mads and I are going to look at apartments :) Yay!

Kotakoti the fake

Ever heard of Kotakoti/Dakota Rose? That doll-like cute American girl?

When I first saw her I was like "OMG she's so cute!", so I decided to google her... and well, apparantly she's not cute at all. She photoshops all her pictures A LOT, even edits her looks in her videos, wears falsies (nothing wrong with that, if you admit it), circle lenses and extentions, etc. Well I wouldn't really mind, but she keeps writing posts about how she's all natural, she's even "famous" in China and stuff for being a real life doll, when clearly she's not. She even photoshops her body, because in real life she is a bit heavy-set. Let me show you what I'm talking about...

This is how her lips have changed in her videos over time:

*Photo removed by kotakoti*

Strange, huh? I don't know why someone would even bother, but they measured her face width, and how big her eyes were in comparison, and it's different in every photo. And to my horror, this is one of her old photos, from when she was a scene kid!
That's just scary! o_O - and it looks nothing like her new photos! Now I'm not going to sit here and write a bash-post about her, but I was just so disappointed when I found out she's just a big fake and doesn't even admit wearing contacts or falsies. I mean, I love Xiaxue, who photoshops her pictures and has undergone plastic surgery, etc. but despite that, she's not fake, like Dakota is. BIG DIFFERENCE.

Not sure why I wrote this post... I guess I just had to get my disappointment out :/

Here is a link to her blog:

Questions about me!

So, Line tagged me to do this thingy when I write 11 facts about myself and then reply to her 11 questions about myself! I shall give it a try!

11 Questions About Me Tag
1. Each person must post eleven things about themselves on their blog
2. Answer the questions the tagger has set for you plus create eleven questions for the people you tag to answer
3. Choose eleven people and link them in your post
4. Go to their page and tell them
5. No tag backs
6. You legitimately have to tag

1. I always cut my food up before I eat. Mads usually calls me a baby and laughs at this habit :(
2. I have the biggest phobia of insects, and weird fishes... so I don't like swimming in deep water!
3. I asked my boyfriend to help me think of something, and at the time he called me "childish" because I was blowing bubbles with the straw in my glass of chocolate milk... ><
4. I love zombie movies, although I am extremely scared of them! lol
5. My favorite TV show ever is Desperate housewives - it makes me laugh out loud, and cry!
6. I don't understand how people find The big bang theory funny, I think it's one of the most boring comedy shows ever, hahaha.
7. I am a walking discovery channel. Honest! I know something about everything. ;D
8. I am pretty clumsy, always stumbling over things, etc.
9. I pick shoes for the day depending on who I'm meeting. If I'm meeting someone tall, I usually wear high heels, but if I'm meeting a friend who happens to be a short guy, I always wear flats. Look, I'm just sooo considerate!
10. I might want to work with animals in the future, preferably reptiles or puppies!  lol
11. I'm kind of picky with food (which I know is not a good thing).

Since this blog post was a bit empty with no pics, here's and old one of me and David

1. What is one part of your daily routine that you absolutely cannot stand doing?
Oh difficult.. probably removing my makeup, I seriously hate it! haha
2. What kind of people do you prefer to hang out with?
Funny people who are good at conversating no matter what mood they are in. :)
3. What are 3 things that you'd change about the world that we live in, if you could?
Hmm... The typical answer would probably be something like; world peace, no poverty, and no racism (similar to that). And well, that would be pretty awesome.
4. Where do you most want to visit before you die?
Two years ago I would have said Japan, but now that I have been there, I have to say Japan again, with my boyfriend. :) And South america would be cool too!
5. If you had a burn book (Mean Girls reference ftw!) who would be in it and why?
I honestly wouldn't have a burn book because I think it's extremely lame to hate on random people. Although if I would end up in a fight with someone, I would probably totally burn book their asses!
6. What's your favorite song atm?
Every avenue - Only place I call home... and... Safetysuit - Never stop. Thanks bro for the tip! :)
7. What are some things that you preach but never actually practice yourself?
*cough* eating healthy *cough*
8. What's one of the most awkward moments in your life?
Hard one... I actually don't know... I tend to avoid awkward situations. :P
9. If you won $5.000.000, what would you do with them and why? (no holy "omg I'd totally thank God and donate to charity"-bullshit, this is fo' shiz' yo'!)
I would travel, both with Mads, and with my family (I think I owe my parents that)! I would also buy a house/apartment somewhere, and save the rest. Well, invest some, because who knows, might end up with  even more money! Oh, oh, oh, and I would get a pomeranian!
10. If you could change ONE thing about your bf/gf/partner/best friend etc. what would it be and why?
Well, one of my best friends lives in Russia at the moment (with her hubby and baby! Aww!). But it would be great if I could see her more often. :/ Haven't met her since last summer!
11. What's more important? Looks or personality? (be honest ok -__-")
I honestly think that personality is waaaay more important! If you look good but have a shitty personality, you're ugly in my eyes. If you, on the other hand, are OK-looking and have an awesome personality, you look good in my eyes. Buuut if you look like a freak, it doesn't really matter if you have a great personality, I wouldn't be attracted to a person like that... So both matters, but personality matters more, much more!

Okay, that's all of that! Now it's time for my questions for 11 other bloggers! Let's get to it!

1. If you could choose a country that you would have been born in, what country would it be?
2. You are going to a desert island, alone, for a week, and you get to bring one personal item. What do you bring?
3. What's your favorite candy/snack?
4. If you had to choose one sense to lose for the rest of your life, which would it be?
5. What do you like most about yourself?
6. Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
7. If you had to choose between facing your biggest fear for 30min or letting your closest friend/bf/gf/family member facing their biggest fear for 40min, which would you choose?
8. What is your favorite childhood memory?
9. If you could undergo plastic surgery, for free, with no complications, would you do it (and what would you fix?)?
10. What is your weirdest nickname?
11. If you could change just one thing about your life, what would you change?

There, finally! I give these questions to the following bloggers (wtf I don't have 11 bloggers I feel would appreciate a "challenge" like this?):

... and that's everyone! I just realized that most people I'm following haven't blogged for months. ._. Need to find new cool blogs to follow! Feel free to spam your blog in the comment box (only if your blog would actually interest me), on this one post!

Update: Wtf I realized I wrote this in the evening and didn't read it through, so I don't know what the hell I was thinking when writing some of the sentences, LOL. Fixed now !

Veiled chameleon

While removing the pots and planting the plants in the bottom of Rango's big terrarium instead, we put miss Rango in the window. She seemed to like it there... or what do you think? ;)

Are people egoistic by nature?

Right now I'm home alone for a few hours, so I thought, what better way to spend some time than to blog about something that's been on my mind? ;)

Yesterday, a discussion started about people being egoistic by nature. There was this one guy who said that everyone is selfish, all the good things we do for others, we only do because it makes us feel good about ourselves. If we give money to charity, become an organ donor, help an old person cross the street - all of these are, according to him, egoistic acts.

But is that really true? Do we really only do nice things to make ourselves feel better?

I honestly don't think so. In my opinion there are two kinds of people:
1. Those who would die for another person.
2. Those who would kill/let someone die in order to survive him/herself.

There are many moral dilemmas about this. Let me give you and example:
You and your family (in this scenario you have a teenage son) have been on a vacation to a country with extremely strict laws. At the airport, you are stopped by an officer and his dog. The dog shows a big interest in your sons luggage, which makes the officer open it, only to find a stash of marijuana. Now according to the law, this would lead to either your son spending the rest of his life in prison - or getting executed. The officer looks at you and asks whose bag it is. What do you say?
To my surprise, a lot of people said they would tell the officer the truth and say it belongs to the son, while they (on another moral dilemma) said they didn't want a terrorist to be tortured. I would never under any circumstances give my son away for life behind bars or death! I would say the stash was mine and sacrifice myself for my son. I don't get anything good out of it, so tell me now - how is that selfish?!

Back to the negative guy who thought all people are selfish by nature. Every single scenario we came up with, when people do something from someone else, like helping a friend with something, he kept telling us "doesn't that make you feel good?". - PERHAPS, BUT THAT'S NOT WHY WE DO IT!

Let's say your best friend has just moved into a new apartment and needs help painting the walls. It's not exactly a fun task, and you don't get anything out of it, but you do it anyway because it's your friend and he/she needs help. It doesn't make you feel good in anyway, it's just something you do because you are friends. Is that still selfish?

Also, even if it does make you feel better about yourself, what's so selfish about that? How is it egoistic to feel good about helping others? - It's not! More like the opposite! If we didn't want to do anything for anyone else, now that would be egoistic, but wanting to do it, and then feel good about it...?

Omg, I just saw this monkey on TV, it's freakin' scary!! o_O

En garde!

As mentioned before, yesterday, Mads and I went to IKEA to look for some rack system for reptiles. We then went to McDonald's  for milkshakes AND decided to, high on sugar, go in to a Toy store. We ended up fighting with swords and playing soccer. Not sure the staff approved of that! lol

The art of makeup

I found this picture of three VS angels before and after makeup.

Pretty impressive what makeup can do, huh?

New family member - again!

Here is our latest addition to the family, a two years old female Tremper albino leopard gecko, named Chocolate (aka Choco [pronounces like Coco]). Isn't it super awesome how I now have geckos named Sundae, Banana and Chocolate? She's now roomies with Wendy, Midnight and Banana.
Isn't she beautiful? Her pattern looks sooo pretty! She almost looks yummy xD

So anyway, Mads and I went to ÌKEA today for inspiration for a new rack system for the snakes and future reptile babies. We found something that might just be perfect for them! But more about that later.

Update: I'm thinking many of you are not really interested in reading about our reptiles (except about Rango, because everyone loves chameleons!), so I made a blog only about reptiles! It's called Snow leos, and you can find it here.

It's Friday!

Hello! I thought I would blog a bit today! I don't have too much to tell you though, lol. Wednesday evening, Mads and I went to a restaurant with his family, and this is what we looked like for the evening:
With babyboy, wearing very light makeup (me, not him)

Also, Mads has gotten two new snakes (one is actually really pretty, it looks just lke a leopard or a jaguar in snake version), and I'm going to Sweden to visit my family over Easter in April. :) Will be great to see my family and friends again!

Right now Mads and his friend Anders are away to buy us some (late) dinner. We have spent the night playing video games, lol. I'm awesome at it.... well, maybe. Have a wonderful weekend!
